(1797 - 1888) King of Prussia and German Emperor, an authoritarian ruler who led the German armies in the Franco-Prussian War and supported Bismarck in his efforts to strengthen Prussian control of Germany. Fine A.Q.S. penned on an 8vo. sheet, in full: "Versailles is in the days to come March 1871 Wilhelm". Boldly penned and in very good condition.
