(1859 - 1941) "Kaiser Wilhelm", Emperor of Germany and King of Prussia, a socially progressive ruler whose reign ended with Germany's defeat in World War I. Typed D.S., 1p. 4to., Strasbourg, May 6, 1911, in German. Not translated, but making direct reference to "Sir Ernest Kassel" and "King Edward VII". Kassel, a brilliant financier, served as private financial advisor to Edward VII. Light folds, else very good.
