KOICHI KIDO (1889 - 1977) Japanese administrator, Lord Keeper of the Privy Seal from 1940 to 1945, and the closest advisor to Hirohito, charged as a Class A War Criminal and sentenced to life imprisonment. Rare S.P. 4 1/2" x 6" b/w, a full-length image of Kido as a defendant during the Tokyo War Crimes trials with an American guard clearly visible behind him, nicely signed in blue ink. One tiny corner crease, else very good. $300 - 400
