"Danl Morgan" 1p. legal folio, Frederick County, Md., Feb. 9, 1792 in which Morgan appoints the firm of Boyd & Ker of Richmond, Virginia has his "true & lawful attorney for me and in my name...". Moderate toning, light folds, else very good. Framed with an engraving of Morgan.
