Partly-printed D.S. as President, 1p. oblong folio on vellum, Washington, Jan. 3, 1831, a land certificate issued to William Fischer for a tract of 160 acres near Crawfordsville, Ind. With bright intact paper seal of the United States. Usual folds, light toning, some marginal chips at top, else very good condition. From the B. T. Fredericks Collection.
