Partly-printed D.S. as President, 1p. folio, Washington, Feb. 11, 1858, a letters patent for John Hibb [?] for an item used "...in the construction of...Stills...". Co-signed by LOUIS M. LANE as Secretary of State. Moderate soiling, engrossment light, with Jackson's signature light as well, overall a 6/10. Handsomely framed in gilt wood, not examined out of frame.
