(1773 - 1841) Ninth President of the United States, military hero at Tippecanoe Creek and against Tecumseh, died after one month in office.A.D.S. 1p. oblong 8vo., [n.p.], Aug. 17, 1790, a requisition ordering to the Quartermaster to "...please to furnish one ax for my use...". Signed by Harrison at conclusion. A few foxed spots, otherwise very good condition. Handsomely set into burgundy mat and framed in a gilt frame.
