T.L.S on Executive Chamber of New York letterhead, 1p. oblong 8vo., Albany, Feb. 6, 1900, asking a 'Frank Kilburn' within the Banking Department of Albany for his opinion on a letter from a George Kendall of Hartford, Connecticut. Signature very faint.
