In small part: "For the sum of six hundred and fifty dollars, to me in hand, paid...the receipt for which is hereby acknowledged for a certain Negro woman named Susan and her two children. The woman is about twenty one or two years...the older child...aged about two years...the younger child...about eight months old...". Endorsed by the State of Tennessee and being a true accounting. Folds, slight foxing with some uneven toning. Very good.  $150 - 200
