SENATE PASSES TO HEAR PRESIDENTIAL DECLARATIONS OF WAR
A very unusual pair of Senate Chamber Passes, each measuring 4" x 2 1/2". The first, dated, Apr. 2, 1917 for seating in the Reserved Gallery for a "Special Session which was of course for Wilson's address requesting Congress to declare war against the Central Powers during the First World War. The second, dated, Dec. 8, 1941 was for Franklin D. Roosevelt's message asking Congress to declare war against Japan following the attack on Pearl Harbor the previous day. Both cards are in fine condition and have been ornately matted and framed and ready for presentation.

Shipping

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling, shipping and insurance charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyer's should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
