Sidney Breese, indicates "Samuel Bayard Breese, a Lunatic" at "the Hospital in Philadelphia", had been supported by S. Sidney Breese until the present time, but as Sidney was now ageing, the brothers and sisters (who sign at conclusion) agree to assume the care of their insane relative until his death. Signed by Morse at bottom, also signed by many family members, including WILLIAM G. BREESE, I. S. BREESE, RICHARD C. MORSE, and SAMUEL BREESE. Very good.
