A.L.S., 1p. 4to., [n.p.], Jan. 5, 1791 to William Skirving informing him that "Mr Gregoria[?] has been with me to say, he is much in want of payment... He has not, I understand received a Shilling. He has desired me to proceed so as to obtain Payment - To write you a Letter on the Subject is to me the most agreeable Mode of Proceeding..." With integral address leaf addressed in Rutledge's hand.
