Good lot of four signed items, includes: Partly-printed D.S., 4pp. long 4to., Los Angeles, Sep. 17, 1948, a "Uniform Popular Songwriters Contract", selling the rights of "Hawaiian Melody", a song with music composed by Friml, with words by lyricist DAILEY PASKMAN. Friml signs in black ink on the final page, with Paskman adding his signature above. Folds, else very good. WITH: Partly-printed D.S., 4pp. long 4to., Los Angeles, Sep. 8, 1948, a "Uniform Popular Songwriters Contract", selling the rights of "A Happy New Year to You". Friml signs in black ink on the final page, with Paskman adding his signature above. Folds, else very good. WITH: Partly-printed D.S., 4pp. long 4to., Los Angeles, June 15, 1960, a "Uniform Popular Songwriters Contract", selling the rights of "Somewhere in My Heart". Friml signs in black ink on the final page, with Paskman adding his signature above. Appended to the agreement is a second partly-printed D.S., 1p. 4to., Los Angeles, June 15, 1960, a "synchronization schedule" dictating royalty fees for the above composition, signed at the conclusion by Friml and Paskman.
