RMS QUEEN MARY I VOYAGE RELICS, 1958
A group of relics from the November 1958 voyage of Cunard liner RMS Queen Mary I, who, together with the Queen Elizabeth I, dominated North Atlantic sea travel from the 1930s-1960s. This group includes an 8 x 10 in. booklet titled 'My Voyage in R.M.S. Queen Mary', with b/w and color photographs of the interior of the ship as well as a blank final page for 'Autographs'. Together with two passenger lists, two pamphlets titled 'Today's Programme' offering movies, swimming times, music for teatime, and cocktail hour; several dinner menus, 12 printed postcards to send to envious friends and relatives; a copy of the Nov. 24, 1958 newspaper 'Ocean Times', and four pink plastic cocktail stirrers. All housed in a white pebbled cardboard folder within the original envelope. Very good to fine condition.
