Some of the laws described include raising 1.08 million pounds for the use of the federal government, presumably to pay the expense of waging war, the disposition of British prisoners, the formation of a militia, extradition of criminals to other states, and a very detailed listing of proportionate taxes applicable to every town in the state. Incomplete as the text ends abruptly, otherwise very good. $300-400
