His songs include "Let's Do It" and "My Heart Belongs to Daddy", among many others. Nice T.L.S. "Cole" 1p. 4to., on Waldorf-Astoria letterhead, New York, Jan. 8, 1953, to John Wharton, in part: "...I enclose two pages from the anniversary issue of Variety...Is Irving Berlin also giving 5% of his ASCAP earnings to which I am asked to subscribe my 5%?...more and more demands seem to be made upon me...".
