In part: "...Apprising Your Royal Majesty with cordial pleasure that, by the goodness of the All-Highest, Our Daughter [in-law], Her Imperial Highness the Grand Duchess Maria Nikolayevna [wife of future Czar Alexander II]...was safely delivered of a son, who is named Evgenii...".
