Lot of three items signed by World War I American Medal of Honor recipients, includes: JOHN LATHAM (1888-1975), Sergeant honored for his actions at Le Catelet, France, on 29 September 1918. A.L.S., John C. Latham, 1p. 8vo, Stamford, Dec. 11, 1943, friendly content; SAMUEL PARKER (1891-1975) Army lieutenant colonel, Medal of Honor winner for his actions near Soissons, France, on 18- 19 July 1918 during the Battle of Soissons, A.D.S. with rank beneath, 1p. 8vo, Fort Benning, May 22, 1945: “May victory in this war bring with it a greater devotion, in the heart of the individual citizen, for the true principles upon which our Government is founded - The American Way of Life – Freedom”; and CHARLES WHITTLESEY (1884-1921) Lieutenant colonel who led the “Lost Battalion” in the Meuse-Argonne offensive in October 1918, Medal of Honor winner for his actions northeast of Binarville in the Argonne, October, 1918. T.L.S., 1p. 8vo, New York, 26 Sep. 1919, to Comm. George W. Brush, thanking him for his courtesy in sending “the delegate's souvenir medal” Three pieces.

Shipments are sent via USPS Priority, USPS International Priority, DHL (for most overseas shipments) or FedEx Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made.
