(1832 - 1867) Emperor of Mexico who, with the support of French forces, drove Juarez across the northern frontier, yet had the tables turned on him when French removed their forces. Condemned and executed. Manuscript L.S. 1p. 4to., Chapultepec Palace, Dec. 31, 1864, to Minister Cortes y Esparzal, in part: "...I am enclosing the report that the Inspector of Prisons had sent me regarding the inspection carried out in the Mexico City facility. It is imperative that we attempt to find remedies for so many of the evils outlined in the report, for which I require your diligence...". Fine.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
