Fine content and association D.S., 3pp. legal folio, Los Angeles, Sep. 12, 1925, an agreement between MGM and KING VIDOR (1894-1982), acclaimed director whose career spanned eight decades and included the films The Wizard of Oz, Our Daily Bread, Duel in the Sun, The Fountainhead, and War and Peace. Mayer arranges royalty payments to Vidor for films including The Big Parade, Proud Flesh, Wine of Youth, and others, boldly signed by both at conclusion. Fine condition.
