LATIN AMERICAN LEADERS A fine collection of four pieces including an excellent S.P. of Guatemalan dictator JORGE UBRCO (1878-1946) , 8 x 10" b/w, a chest up portrait dated in print, Guatemala, May 11, 1938 showing the Central American strongman seated in full military regalia. Offered together with the clipped signatures of Mexican presidents, VENUSTIANO CARRANZA (1858-1920) and VICTORANA HUERTA (1850-1916). Also together with Mexican labor leader VINCENTE LOMBARDO TOLEDANO (1894-1968), A.Ms.S. 1p. 4to., Mexico D.F., Nov. 18, 1948 in Spanish summarizing his organization's role in opposing Hitler and fascism.
