(b. 1920) Justice of the Supreme Court appointed by Gerald Ford. Typed D.S. on a 3" x 5" card, [n.p., n.d.], regarding his opinion in the Supreme Court's decision in Clinton v. Jones. In full: "Our central concern was to avoid rendering the President unduly cautious in the discharge of his official duties. This reasoning provides no support for an immunity for unofficial conduct". Fine condition.
