JOHN F. KENNEDY'S HAND TOWEL (1917-1963) Thirty-fifth President of the United States. Kennedy faced-down the Khrushchev during the Cuban Missile Crisis, re-invigorated NASA, and signed the Nuclear Test Ban Treaty. Assassinated in November 1963 by Lee Harvey Oswald. A white terrycloth hand towel once owned and used by President John F. Kennedy, embroidered with large green and brown thread monogram "JFK" and undoubtedly from his family home at Hyannisport, Massachusetts. Obtained by our consignor at auction in Hyannis and accompanied by the purchaser's letter of provenance and full documentation clearly showing it having originated directly from the Kennedy Family. $300-400
