HOSTLER KICKED BY A HORSE Interesting A.Ms, 1p. oblong 8vo., Albany, Nov. 1, 1790, a certification that "...in the Month of October [1780]...when I took charge of the Quarter Master Generals Department at Albany and its Vicinity, I found the Petitioner Daniel Mc Donald employed as a hostler in which employ I continued him until some time in July [1781]...when he received a kick from a Public Horse by which he was lamed and still continues to help himself......". Usual folds, light dampstains, otherwise very good. $75-100
