Boldly signed by Hitler, countersigned by HERMANN GORING (1893-1946) German politician who began his career as an ace in World War I, later rising to become Hitler's right-hand man and head of the Luftwaffe, and by WERNER VON BLOMBERG (1878-1946) Minister of Defense and Supreme Commander of the German Armies early in Hitler's regime, dismissed by Hitler following his marriage to an alleged prostitute.
