Rare A.L.S. 1p. 4to., Santa Barbara, Aug. 15, 1922, on letterhead of the Santa Barbara Yacht Club to Curtis Freschel, the internationally-known proponent of vegetarianism, in part: "...Expect to cruise Maine, and Northern U.S. next year, then south to Nassau for winter, then thru Canal & up Calif. Coast. Much interested in round-world cruise only boat too big for fun...Yes, I'm full of ideas on boating. Just back from Yacht regatta of our assn. Won a nice cup & two medals. Let me hear from you...Glad Vegex doing so well. You deserve it...". Toning at margins with chips to right edge, very good.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
