Whatever may be the merits of the cause, or the chances of a successful Judgment against him, it will be nominal merely as respects the recovery of property of any description, for he professes none. His conduct has been by no means such as to merit & meet the approbation of his very respectable & worthy parents, but it world be a great gratification to them nevertheless, at least to know the nature & extent of the demands against him...".
