COLONIAL ERA EPHEMERA Good lot of seven pieces of colonial era ephemera, includes: A.D.S. 1p. legal folio, Wythe Co., Va., 1817, a document in which "free mulatto" Peter Campbell binds himself as an indentured servant for three years to learn the "craft, mystery and occupation of black-smith", some insect holes at folds; a 1735 survey of 410 acres in "Orange Co.", with drawing; three A.L.S.'s on one sheet of JOSIAH TINNEY, Newport, 1773-74, concerns redeeming counterfeit funds per order of the General Assembly; a list of jurors in Newport, 1759 (toned); a State of Rhode Island General Council finding concerning the last will of a Tiverton resident, 1792; a New Haven, CT land transfer, 2pp. legal folio, Jan. 26, 1764; and a 1766 receipt for various services, ie: horse-shoeing, ferrying goods, etc., 1p. 8vo., all items good to very good. $150-250
