Description:

HENRY FORD'S "THE INTERNATIONAL JEW"
HENRY FORD (1863 - 1947) American automobile manufacturer and founder of the Ford Motor Company, his use of the assembly line revolutionized the industry. A lesser-known fact is that Ford published The International Jew, a four volume compilation of anti-Semitic editorials culled from the pages of The Dearborn Independent, a sensationalist weekly newspaper established in 1901, but published by Henry Ford from 1919 through 1927. The lot includes all four volumes of The International Jew, including: The International Jew The World's Foremost Problem, Jewish Activities in the United States, Jewish Influence in American Life, and Aspects of Jewish Power in the United States. The first volume bears a signed presentation card: "Compliments of Henry Ford" affixed to the upper-right corner of the front flyleaf. Cover of Vol. IV bears a small stain at left, else very good. A rare set of books, especially so signed by Ford.
