You being Chosen a Senator for this Commonwealth, are hereby in the Name of the Government and people of the Massachusetts Bay in New England summoned to attend and assist at a General Court... under the new Constitution of Government for the said Commonwealth. Increase Sumner 1746-1799 was a member of the Massachusetts convention to determine a form of government served in the Constitutional Convention and was three times elected as Governor of Massachusetts.
