BERNHARD RUST
(1883 - 1945) Nazi Minister of Science, Education and National Culture. During the latter years of the regime, he served as director of a national research center that oversaw the use of prisoners for medical experiments. He committed suicide before he could be captured. Scarce partly-printed D.S. 1p. 4to., Berlin, July 1, 1937 in German appointing one Dr. Rurth as a member of the Community Planning Advisory Board. Boldly signed with blind embossed seal at bottom left. Two minor marginal tears else, quite clean and bright and in very fine condition.
