ALBERT SAUER, FIRST COMMANDANT OF MAUTHAUSEN CONCENTRATION CAMP
Chilling typed D.S. 1p. 4to., Mauthausen, Oct. 7, 1938, a statement in response to a police investigation in Viennaby inmate Franz Rischaneck and stating that he had no knowledge of and no part in a burglary within the metalworks. Boldly signed at bottom left, with the original typed police statement. Staple holes at left margin, very good.
