Good group of five award certificates, all related to the service of Luftwaffe flak gunner Felix Eichinger, includes: partly-printed D.S., 1p. 8vo., [n.p.], May 21, 1943, granting Eichinger the Iron Cross, First Class as an "Obergefreiten" of "1. Luftwaffenfelddivision 3./Flakabteilung". Signed boldly at the conclusion in black ink by the commanding general of "Luftflotte 1", ALFRED KELLER (1882-1974). Shows folds, paper clip marks, minor foxing and a small tear to the right edge, else very good. WITH: partly-printed D.S., 1p. 8vo., [n.p.], June 5, 1940, granting Eichinger the Iron Cross, Second Class as a "Gefreiten" of "2./Flak 38". Signed boldly at the conclusion in black pencil by the commanding general of "Flakkorps I", HUBERT WEISE (1884-1950). Shows a horizontal fold, else very good. WITH: partly-printed D.S., 1p. 8vo., Berlin, Jan. 10, 1942, granting Eichinger the "Kampfabzeichen der Flakartillerie" ("War Badge of the Flak Artillery") as a "Gefreiten of "2./I./ Flakregt. 38". Signed again by Hubert Weise in blue ink at the conclusion. Shows a horizontal fold, with some slight chips to the bottom left corner, else very good. WITH: partly-printed D.S., 1p. 8vo., [n.p.], Sep. 13, 1943, granting Eichinger the "Erdkampfabzeichen der Luftwaffe" ("Ground Assault Badge of the Luftwaffe") as an "Obergefreiten" of "12./Artl. Rgt. 1". Signed at the conclusion by the general commanding the division. Shows folds, some foxing, and a small area of paper loss to the bottom left corner, else very good. WITH: Partly-printed D.S., 1p. 8vo., Landstuhl, April 3, 1944, granting Eichinger the Wound Badge in Black as an "Unteroffizier" of "5./I. Fla. Regt. 40". Signed at the conclusion by a medical official. Shows a 4" tear from the top edge with some foxing and slight chips to the edges, else very good. Also present with the grouping is Eichinger's family "Stammbuch", recording his marriage to his wife in 1938, but otherwise blank. The collection is rounded out by a partly-printed D.S., 2pp. 8vo. [n.p.], Aug. 24, 1945, a form completed by an American officer of the 26th Infantry Division, officially discharging Eichinger from the Luftwaffe. Seven pieces.
