[ Autographs ] Union Soldier's Letter Union soldier's letter, 4pp. 8vo., Falls Church, Va., Oct. 22, 1861 Francis W. Baker writes: '... brick church here was built by George Washington... if he was here tosee how his people act over it now it would make his heart ache. I went through the grave yard and saw the tomb stones... some rebel graves ... killed from a bullet from some of our guns, killed on their own soil by their own countrymen... peace be to their poor souls...'
