Excellent A.Ms.S., 2pp. 8vo., four complete verses of his anthem "America" boldly penned and signed at bottom where he has dated the text Oct. 1, 1895, just six weeks beforehis death. One vertical fold affects nothing, lightly toned with a tiny marginal chip, nicely double-matted and framed in burled wood.
