The document describes Rubin Herszenzon, a dental technician, who sets forth his personal biographical details and family ethnic history. Thedocument bears a photo of the subject, with an ink rubber-stamped "JUDE" at top surrounded by two Stars of David. A frightening reminder of Nazi efficiency and brutality.
