Partly-printed D.S. "Guillotin President" as head of the Department of Health, 2pp. tall 4to., ( France), Jan. 16, 1791, in French requesting information about the country's medical personnel and facilities. Minor foxing, otherwise very good, set into a cream mat and framed in a dark wood frame.
