D.S. "Louis" 1p. oblong 8vo., [n.p., n.d., but likely 1792], in French. In part: "...I propose to your Majesty to approve the services of Sr. Nicholas under the eyes of the National Assembly....". Boldly approved by Louis in his characteristically oversize hand. Additionally signed by the Minister of the Interior, JEAN-MARIE ROLAND (1734 - 1793). Very good.
