D.S. 1p. oblong 8in x 4in, New York, Sept 15, 1779, an elaborate partly-printed sight draft authorizing payment to a creditor for interest due on monies borrowedby the United States to finance the Revolution, signed by Hopkinson as Treasurer of Loans.
