T.L.S. on Tuskeegee Institute letterhead, lp. oblong 8vo., Fort Salonga, N.Y., July 4, 1911 to Washington Tate at Tuskeegee. Washington has received a copy of the publication The Messenger, adding: "...I have been very much interested to note the article and thank you for sending it to me. I think it is a very good idea to put such articles in The Messenger...' Trimmed at bottom, away from signature and text.
