ALEXANDRA KOLLONTAY
(1872 - 1952) Russian revolutionary and personal friend of Lenin, one of the first feminists of Russia and the first female ambassador in history. A nice pairing of two typed D.S.'s, 2pp. 4to., Oslo, Feb. 1925, not translated, but on USSR Norway Delegation letterhead, and includes a permit to allow Norwegian ships to fish in the territorial waters of Russia. Boldly signed on verso of each as Ambassador. Torn file holes to left margin, light chipping to edges, overall very good condition. Two pieces.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made.
