YURI GAGARIN
(1934 - 1968) Russian cosmonaut, the first man in space who died tragically in a routine training flight. I.S.P. 10" x 8" b/w, shows Gagarin in his flight suit looking through the port-hole of his capsule. Signed and inscribed vertically at left in Russian: "I wish you great successes in invention [I am] ready to carry out new tasks. Gagarin". A small portion of Gagarin's fingerprint can be found just to the right of the inscription. Fine condition.

Shipment is sent USPS priority, USPS International Express (for most overseas) or UPS Ground at the auctioneer's option, signature required, unless other arrangements are made. Customer's who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
