A neat Soviet space item, a signed partly-printed sign apparently from the Russian flight control headquarters monitoring Gagarin's flight, 1p. oblong 4to., [n.p., ca. 1962] a heavy stock sign carefully completed in red letters: "ATTENTION! The button for the Ignition Team is to be activated at the indication of Chronometer No. 3971 11 hrs. 59 min. 42 sec. Tolerance +30 min.". At bottom left Gagarin signs in black ink and dates the piece June 14, 1963. Also signed by two others, likely flight control administrators. A great relic, in fine condition.
