1727. ED WYNN (1886 - 1966) American comedian originally with Ziegfeld's Follies and later became known as "Texaco's Fire Chief". Typed document signed "Ed Wynn" as Treasurer of Minnylee, Inc., July 14, 1933, authorizing Fred R. Zweifel to accept delivery of any and all checks payable to Wynn by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Corp. At bottom, in another hand, there is a holograph notation that reads: "starting of contract July 6/1933". Usual folds, with file holes at top and a few small chips at margins. Good. $50-75
