Typed document signed "Ed Wynn" as Treasurer of Minnylee, Inc., July 14, 1933, authorizing Fred R. Zweifel to accept delivery of any and all checks payable to Wynn by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Corp. At bottom, in another hand, there is a holograph notation that reads: "starting of contract July 6/1933". Usual folds, with file holes at top and a few small chips at margins. Good. $50-75
