Included in the collection is a split .44 cal. revolver ball housed in a homemade, glass-top leaded case with a period ink inscription: "Bullets that wounded my father Sergt. Horace Horton in the Civil War-1861-1865, Lizzie B. (Horton) Codding". With a vintage lucite paperweight in which four Minnie ball bullets are floating with a clipped mid chest pose tintype of Sgt.
