RILEY (6.5 Kills) A.L.S., 1p. 8vo., Catonsville, Md., [n.d.] concerning the ME-262: "we had to gang up on the airfields they had flown out of and wait till they came back to land, then swoop down and clobber them...I don't think women could have been fighter pilots"; LEROY W. ROBINSON (5 Kills) T.L.S. 1p. 4to., Tigna, Ga., Aug. 19, 1998: "... Luck beats skill any day -- but our country is lucky, skillful and strong. Only morality keeps us from conquering the world..."; JACK C. PRICE (5 Kills) A.L.S. 1p. 8vo., Colorado Springs, Nov. 3, 1998 on German jet fighters: "...our losses of fighter aircraft would have been higher. The ME 262 was not a threat to our forces in England due to their limited range...red & white flashes looked like golf balls coming directly into your face as you were on the attack run..."; H. BLAKE MORANVILLE (5 Kills), T.L.S. 1p. 4to., Monmouth, Ore., Nov. 20, 1999 noting that life imprisonment would have been appropriate for Jane Fonda; WILLIAM R.
