Includes: CARL SPAATZ (two items: I.S.P. 8 x 10 in. b/w in uniform, and signature above his return address on a postal cover cancelled Feb. 12, 1946); RALPH SNAVELY (holograph signed envelope, cancelled 1954); JOSEPH SMITH (inscription on face of a FDC bearing stamp of his co-pilot Claire Chennault, cancelled Monroe, LA, Sept. 6, 1990); FREDERIC H. SMITH, JR. (war-date signature adding rank on a postal cover cancelled Apr. 14, 1945); JACOB E. SMART (bold signature adding rank on a FDC honoring the ‘B-24 Liberators', cancelled Washington, May 31, 1993); CYRUS R. SMITH (T.L.S. 1974); DAVID M. SCHLATTER (S.P. 8 x 10 in. b/w in uniform, contrast fair); BERNARD SCHRIEVER (signed TIME Magazine cover, Apr. 1, 1957); GEORGE B. SIMLER (fine S.P. 8 x 10 in. b/w in uniform behind his desk, mounted). Due to complications from the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will ship with USPS Priority Mail only if the buyer submits their request to us in writing and accepts responsibility for delayed shipments. Signature is always required, unless other arrangements are made. Handling and shipping charges will be added to the invoice in one entry. Buyers should be aware that large, framed, fragile or odd shaped items can incur substantial shipping and packing charges. International shipments are invoiced by DIMENSIONAL weight, not the item weight. Please contact us for an estimate before bidding NOTE: Large, heavy or bulky items may not be shipped by the auctioneer - arrangements for shipping of these items via a third-party shipper may be arranged through the auction house. Customers who supply their own courier account number will still be charged a handling fee.
