WOODROW WILSON
(1856 - 1924) Twenty-eighth President of the United States who passed sweeping reform laws, gave women the right to vote, and led the United States through World War I setting the ground work for the League of Nations. Bold signature as President on the verso of a small real photo postcard showing him at his desk in the White House. In full: "Woodrow Wilson 23 Aug. 1918". One small stain to upper left corner, otherwise very good condition.
