Churchill" 1p. 4to., on Cumberland Place letterhead, London, July 3, 1900, to Gerald Christy, Esq., in part: "...Herewith please find first instalment [sic]of letter upon the subject of the Lecture...". Central fold, light wear, overall very good. Sold with a nice I.S.P. by CLEMENTINE CHURCHILL, 4" x 6 1/2" sepia, showing her walking on the deck of a ship with Churchill. Boldly inscribed at bottom blank margin: "On Board the 'Renown' to wish you a Happy Christmas from us all. Clementine S. Churchill". Light silvering to image, overall very good. Two pieces.
