A.D.S. 1p. legal folio, Lebanon, Ct., Feb. 10, 1764, to Colony of Connecticut Treasurer Joseph Talcott, a list of eighteen citizens of Lebanon for whom the Town Council request a tax abatement. Signed by Williams as Justice of the Peace, also signed by JONATHAN TRUMBULL (1710-1785) as his assistant. Both signatures slightly affected by a canceling pen stroke, completely split at center fold, marginal wear, else good. $200-300
